Value Engineering Introduction (In English: Value Engineering), is an organized effort in order to investigate and analyze all activities of the project from the time that the initial thinking of the project initiates to the design and execution, setting up and operation time, is recognized as one of the most efficient and economic methods in the field of engineering activities. Value engineering is a systematic engineering approach (valiusm) in the context of project management, while paying attention to all components of the plan, no part of the project is not decisive. The aim of value engineering is consuming less time to reach the stage of operation period without any increment in cost or reducing the work quality.Work schedule The objective of the value engineering is proposing approaches to achieve better and more effective answers to the subjected problem. Value engineering program consists of six phases.
